WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (December 1, 2020) Keep Iowa Beautiful (KIB) will award three $1,000 scholarships to Iowa high school seniors in 2021 who plan to enroll in an Iowa college or university.

The scholarships are in honor of three pioneers in Keep Iowa Beautiful's 20-year history:

IOWA FALLS, IOWA (November 2, 2020) Keep Iowa Beautiful and Diamond Vogel Paint are announcing the 2021 Paint Iowa Beautiful program. The program provides free paint to a wide variety of community projects throughout Iowa. Administered through Keep Iowa Beautiful with the paint provided by the Diamond Vogel Paint Company.

IOWA FALLS, IOWA (October 5, 2020) In the year 2000, former Governor Robert Ray and Founder and Chairman of Casey's General Stores Donald Lamberti finalized their plans to create a state-wide organization that would assist Iowa communities in making the state a better place to live, work, and raise a family. KEEP IOWA BEAUTIFUL was born, the 23rd state-affiliate of Keep America Beautiful.

DES MOINES, IOWA (March 16, 2020) — Governor Kim Reynolds is proclaiming April as Keep Iowa Beautiful month. The proclamation will encourage all citizens to help plan and participate in local programs that will enhance the cleanliness and beauty of our communities and state. During the Statehouse ceremony Monday, March 23, 1:30PM, she will also be presenting the winners of KIB's annual awards program and three high school scholarships.
